Our ARS technician, Alex, knew exactly what the problem was and preformed diligently to get us cool again within a short period of time. He analyzed with expertise to see a problem our system was having that most people may have missed. He was amazing and only with ARS for 6 months! We still need additional work but I know our system and lives are better for having this young man service our home.

We hired ARS in 2023. Residential installation nearly $21,000 for two air handlers and compressors. Both of our existing systems were 8 years old but still working ok. Makes one wonder if we even needed new systems to begin with. This upgrade was sold to us with the assurance that our uneven airflow throughout the 2nd floor problem would be solved. Not a good experience as the equipment they installed failed within a year. We had one of their service guys return and actually acknowledged that they work on a commission basis.... read more
