Greenstar was spot on the mark with both timeliness and cleanliness. Matt, the head install and service guy gave us service different options and also ask us plenty of questions to find out what we wanted. Also stop by a few days after to make adjustments. Overall best heating and conditioning experience I’ve had in my 50 years of home ownership.
Installers were on time, friendly and very professional. My equipment looked great and the installer took the time to explain how everything worked.
They did a great job and finished the dust change out faster than I thought and everything was cleaner when they left.
Edward is the most knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful technician I have ever met.
Very professional and they got my a/c working same day. I called up another company and they wouldn't even come out the same week. I thought that I was going to have to buy a new one when my really old system shut down on me. Keith came out and replaced a part and even gave me a credit towards replacing the system when I want to. He said that I should be able to get a few more years out of the current one, but after we finish the kitchen remodel, the a/c is next on the list.
Pretty amazing. My a/c went out and I called Dicksons as they put it in 28 years ago. Not only did they offer to repair it at what was a reasonable rate, I decided after 28 years it was probably time for a new one. It has been about a month now and I am completely amazed at everything they did. They made some custom modifications for me at no additional charge, and when I look back they did everything in one day, from sales process to install. My energy bills are so much lower now I wish I did this 5 years ago! Even though I... read more

Wow! I just had to come on and review this company. It is hard to find a service company that is professional and cares about their customers. I just had my a/c system replaced and from start to finish I was really impressed. From the technician to the installation crew they really know what they are doing. Upon completion of the work one of the guys pointed out that they scraped one of the walls and they had someone out the next day to repair it! I had an excellent service experience yesterday. I recently switched a/c companies because I was not getting the service I was used to from my old company. I called DIcksons off of one of their service notice advertisements and they came out for a reasonable fee. The technician was very thorough and took the time to explain everything.
