I had a dual zone heat pump installed by ARS beginning April 3, 2014. This was purchased at Home Depot on Davis at Brent Lane. The experience has not been a positive one. One of the units (Goodman) had to be replaced. The other unit didn't have the heat strips turned on and an additional service call was required to turn them on. I've lost track of the service calls that have been needed. Multiple flex-ducts have not been attached to the vents they lead to.
