A new unit install from them that is 4 years old that is not working. They sent folks to fix it and i paid 1k in maintenance in the last couple of month and is still not working. Terrible and no ownership on their side at all. Nikki the quality manager is ignoring calls and terrible. Ridiculous company!!!!
Took the service money and never came back to fix the problem. Contacted several times and always got the same message that the manager is going to contact us but that never happened. We lost the money and finally had to go with another service. I forgot to tell this is all after purchasing a new HVAC system with the same company. Figure that out.
Quick props to Allgood Plumbing and especially the service tech, Michael, who took care of my situation. I had a leaking, 20yo water heater. Contacted Allgood on a Saturday. They acted quickly, communicated well, and installed a new water heater...on Sunday.
Michael Anusca was very professional & knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue in a timely manner.
