I scheduled a maintenance call for between 8 and noon. I had not heard from anyone at 10am so I called and was told the dispatcher would call me back. At 10:45 I had not heard so I called back- got the same response. At 11:30 AM I called again and asked to speak to someone in the office, they said they could not do that but someone would call me back. I don't suggest calling them or trusting them for anything especially for AC job. Their technicians are not trained properly, it's waste of time and money

On June 16,2024 Redi Zisi Florida Home Air Conditioning tech (invoice# 17565586) came out to assess why my newly installed {01/2024) HVAC system was not cooling the house. He found the system working properly but that the air flow from the fans were not and said I needed all my ducts replaced. He talked to his manager who stated he could give me a “deal” at $450 per vent and not to worry about price because Florida Home had programs to help. Terrible customer service! Had system diagnosed and parts are discontinued not available. All I needed was documentation for my insurance claim (lightning strike) so I could have a ac unit replacement. Im on 6 days called every day with a broken promise to get a call back and email.

Called Florida Home said they would be here That afternoon no call i calle next morning came out said low on freon. Ok. Freon leak check $450. Take off panel never cinnect hoses oh there is the leak right there. Cha ching $450 you need a new valve total price $2200. Did I mention it is under warranty and the parts are free.,?

This company can not seem to keep their appointments and promises. My first visit was push 3 times in one day and pushed to a separate day entirely. and got pushed 2 more time. This is not respecting my time and certainty not exceptional. And they don't communicate until after your appointment time. my second visit never happened. they took the money and haven;t seen or heard anything since. No refund, no promises kept. They installed a mini split AC in my house years ago and they seemed like a descent company. I had a maintenance contract with them on the unit since they require a lot of maintenance and they had one expert on staff. It appears he left the company (was given the run around about his status by different employees). They sent a technician out named Dakota who was a pushy salesman in disguise.
