I don't suggest calling them or trusting them for anything especially for AC job. Their technicians are not trained properly, it's waste of time and money
To be honest. I dont even know where to start. When my AC went out in the end of May and the house started to get hot the only thing I thought about was how to get the house cold because of my animals. So after making a few calls and nobody was available ARS answered my call. Their response and appraisal went about without a hitch. Install took a good day with 2 people. Even tho those 2 installers damaged the house the AC got installed fairly easy. Tooke me several calls and weeks to get the wood which they broke to get fixe... read more
