ARS has been amazing to work with. I have used them for multiple events at my venue and they never disappoint. Sebastian and the team are always very accommodating on sight to any changes. Jamie has been a pleasure to coordinate with. Highly recommend & will remain my go to (:

The ARS was INCREDIBLE at our event in July 2025! Chance, Sebastian, and the whole team were so easy to work with, proactive, and on the ball! We had blazing sun and humidity, and, then, torrential downpours. They rolled with all the changes - from moving stations to moving inflatables, from changes from the venue staff to massive winds, all with smiles! Outstanding experience with ARS. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Chance was incredibly responsive in our communication before the event, always addressing questions promptly. The event itself was a corporate function. Chance and Sebastian were present to ensure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend ARS and will use them again.

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin and Jamie for a client's corporate holiday party in which they provided igloo rentals. I reached out to them only weeks before the event, and they were super quick to respond, ask questions, and send an invoice. Chance and his team at ARS events worked with us to create a carnival for our large corporate event. They were extremely communicative and flexible with our needs leading up to the event and were efficient with set up and tear down.
