The work was never completed by ARS so my work completion date is a year from the beginning. I hired ARS to do my restoration after a sewer flood. To their credit, their employees do tear out and furniture moving and they are fast and helpful. For restoration, they brought in a painter and drywaller with little or no professional experience and it cost 3 x the original bid to fix the damage.
