Took my gmc envoy in to get fixed bc it was going into limp mode. A month later I call and they say it's been done for 2 weeks. Pay $750 for I don't know what bc it still goes into limp mode. They left wires looking like a rats nest and didn't fasten clips, looks like they weren't done or did anything. I wasn't charged for any new parts so what was done? No one knows. Whoever tore into my truck, it's said they don't work there now. Hmmm. Thanks for taking my money tho!

Took my car in because air conditioning wasn’t working. Ted said it was the compressor. He said he’d put it in at his cost for $300. Ended up charging me $480. Part ended being defective. Spoke to NAPA where part was purchased and Manager said part should be replaced. Ted continued to say nothing was wrong with it. I was reimbursed partially and still waiting for full amount.
