My family has been going to ARS for years. When a business takes your problem in as their own and ensures you to not worry about the problem anymore, that's a priceless commodity. Some will say this is what small town businesses do. I don't agree with that. This is what a company does, big or small - when they care about you. I have called in and received same day assistance.
