I manage a 60,000 sqft warehouse in Houston that had been having leaks and roof issues for several months. We received several estimates for full roof replacements that were all out of our budget. ARS' Robert recommended going with a silicone roof coating instead as the roof was still able to be salvaged by it and the coating would take care of our issues with a similar warranty and much smaller price tag.
