Arruda properties is the worst company I ever went through in my life!!! It’s a nightmare experience dealing with them!!!
The people at this company are actively trying to screw my mother over after being a tenant for over two and a half years. They showed up and locked my mother and myself out of the home at 4:00 when we had till 6:00. Dragged her feet took her time contacting my mother about the return of the deposit beyond the 14-day limit that is in the state law. I would not recommend this people for realtor-broker of any sort they lied straight in my face about a case we were working on together as she was our property manager and she isn't reliable and I wouldn't trust this company if they were the last company on earth. Loreen Hinao funaki can't be trusted as she lied to us multiple times. To get signed documents she said she mailed out after one week didn't receive anything I had to call her and reached out to say I didn't get anything and I needed her to email me. Long term rental, she signed the lease but didn't' do a final walk thru first and didn't let me know she had signed and the tenant was moving in. She then calls to complain to me that the tenant had no water. Fast forward 15 days later, vendor didn't' get paid for a service and we were threatened by vendor and she didn't call them back so we had to pay out of pocket.
