I can’t give anything lower than this. From the communication to the customer service and the final outcome, everything was extremely disappointing. It ended up costing me just by trying to give Cassondra a chance. Next time, just say no if you can’t be of any real help. Sadly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

I am astonished at the lack of professionalism from this agency. I reached out to them on March 27, 2025 to quote on a homeowners policy set to expire 5/1/25. Was advised that bundling my auto policy would help. I provided all documents requested in a timely manner. A series of exchanges ended on 4/11/25 with no follow up at all, allowing my policy to expire without a replacement. Ghosted. I am at a lost as to why any professional organization would treat a prospective client sure such a lack of care.
I've had the pleasure of having Scott as my agent with Arruda Isurance over the last 3 weeks. He's been pleasant, kind, informative and accommodating. Was also able to offer me a more feasible monthly payment than what I had previous to Arruda. Thank you again Scott!
