The clinical team is great, but the administrative support—specifically regarding referrals—is highly unreliable. I am currently dealing with a billing issue because the referral coordinator failed to provide the correct paperwork for my specialist visit. It is disappointing to pay for an office error, and I hope management addresses the lack of proficiency in this department. Just for them I’ll put one star

Dr. Landero has become a true partner in my health care and weight management goals over the past 5 to 6 years, including during lockdown when he remained available through tele-health medicine. He has a great staff as well! Efficient, pleasant and professional. I like to joke with them and get a laugh out of them.
