A comfortable place to live, very quiet, spacious, and very pretty, with lots of green areas. 10/10👌
Arroyo Vista has had the most welcoming vibe ever! Not to mention Jess the apt manager, does such an amazing job! The apartments here are so beautiful and for my first couple weeks here it already feels so homey. I definitely feel safe here and so do my other roommates, not only in that theres security and its gated, but just from the no judgement we got being introduced which has not been the case in other places. If theres a ever slot open 10000% recommend to live here and apply!
Extremely satisfied with the service provided. Lisa is incredibly personable, she does her best, and her service is excellent. I feel like I couldn't have found a better person. The place is super clean and welcoming. Thank you for everything, Lisa. You provide excellent service.

The help we received from Lisa was excellent. From when I first called to ask about the apartment to today when we received the keys and finalized all the paperwork. I would 100% recommend anyone interested in an apartment to her. Apart from that, the apartments are very clean and there was no issues in the entire process.
