I’ve been here 5 years and I do not have one complaint. The ladies in the office, Brenda and Jessica are very professional and down to earth. Always there to listen and willing to work with you. The maintenance men are prompt and respond to requests quick and efficiently. Not too fancy but if you’re looking for a clean, decent, quiet place to call home, definitely look in to Arroyo Vista. 10 out of 10!

The staff and maintenance crew are great to work with. Always respond in a timely manner. The apartments are affordable and in good condition. No bugs or loud neighbors/violence. Jessica has been great to work with!
These are good apts. The managers are amazing and they do a great job. If you are looking for a good place to live with good managers, then this is the place.
