We started taking our puppy here back in May. I signed up for the puppy preventative plan for $900 since we were going to neuter. After getting all his vaccines and his neutering done I totaled up all my bills and they do not add up to the $900. Not even $600. I contacted to confirm there were no more vaccines needed and they told me he was good until 1 year. So I asked for a copy of the puppy plan info again because there has to be some other services they provided that maybe I just forgot about, like maybe dental checkups.... read more
