In February of 2018, our company (Ravacast) was contracted to fabricate approx. $9K worth of custom GFRC material for Arroyo Realty (and client) at its August Hall project in San Francisco, CA. After receiving the approved order, deposit, and approved shop drawings, we pushed to have the material completed on-time. Our company (Sheet Metal Alchemist Inc.) installed approximately $80k worth of metalwork in a major project for Arroyo - August Hall. The job was completed in April of 2018, and as of August 14th, 2018, we are still owed more than 25% of our commission value. Multiple calls to anyone involved with the project are not returned, e-mails are ignored, and even certified mail isn't paid attention to.
