Their website where customers get a coupon from is down. So rather than accept responsibility for their website being down, the owner claimed their website was not their responsibility and attempted to charge me full price. Really bad customer service. The owner/owners and management clearly like taking advantage of their customers. Stay away from this place.

WORST CAR WASH EXPERIENCE EVER. Spent $60 for their top of the line #3 hand wax service. Carpet not vacuumed, doors/cupholders not wiped down. Spoke to the manager and he schooled me on how a hand wax focuses on the exterior. If I wanted carpets completely vacuumed and interior wiped clean I would have had to pay another $40. Oh...and I was there for 1 1/2 hours because the detail dude forgot he had a car waiting for him. I figured this was the case when I saw him on his phone.
Boo, I recommend walking around the car before leaving.
My go to car wash. Wouldn't trust anywhere else with my car.
