Came to ask questions regarding these apartments and felt extremely unwelcomed from whoever greeted me at the leasing office. I mainly came by to scout and look over my options and the lady was rude and condescending throughout our conversation. Didn't give any good advice and wasn't sympathetic about my current situation. Just overall very unprofessional. If this is how you treat your tenants\future residents, then you shouldn't be working in a customer service environment in the first place. Avoid at all cost.
Love this place!! I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and Management takes care of every issue I have. Rent is affordable and apartments are nice.
I have had multiple issues with these apartments, the biggest being with the "manager," while she may have other properties to manage, she should at least honor her posted office hours and work with her tenants instead of ignoring them and being rude. There has always been bug problems as well as AC problems in my apartment, which either are temporarily fixed, not fixed, or take over 2 weeks for a response that ends with the former. The mythological beast with chicken legs so called manager she is never to be found. We call call several times and when she answered she just hang up the phone because we asked for monthly lease. Reading the reviews this apartment are falling apart.
I lived at the apartment for 2 yrs had several issues and then I got a water leak and reported it to the manager. She sent her brother or brother in law to come to the apartment and drill 2 holes so that the water could just pour out. They said they were having the Roof patched up and they would come back to fix it. They never returned to fix anything.
