This apartment complex is now under new management, and I’ve already noticed positive changes. The staff is more responsive, maintenance requests are being handled quicker, and the community feel's cared for.
Nice apartments new management is awesome all staff are friendly and helpful , great place to live in highly recommend
Since the new management took over, I’ve noticed a huge improvement at the property. Work orders are being completed very quickly, and the maintenance team has been doing an excellent job. I’ve really seen great progress overall, and it’s made a big difference in living here.
I believe the new management team has an opportunity to really improve the property by addressing its cleanliness and overall upkeep
