By far the worse beds I ever seen and very over priced on there lunch menu and not much of a selection very dissatified with the bar and grill if I had to pay myself i would never stay the staff I dealt with were great I give the a 5 star but the rest needs some work
It was good!! Beds comfy, room was clean. Loved the patio sweet we got! We had a group of older adults they had great time even in the pool!! Plan on doing it next year again! Keep up the good work staff members even house keeping!!!

Worst sleep I have ever gotten in a hotel ever!! The bed sagged so bad in my room on my kids were already sleep on the other one. Was up at the crack of dawn not the mention daylight saving too. Came down for breakfast had a chat with the front desk after and got a lame excuse of slowly replacing mattress, sorry we dropped the ball. Worst hotel experience I ever received. Will never book at this hotel again.

Upon check out this AM told the front desk housekeeping might want to step it up a little. I found a dry cleaners bag in the room crushed in a ball by the ironing board, random candy wrappers and some other pieces of scrap paper in various areas in room. Front desk acted like no big deal and was concerned about running my credit card as fast as she could so I'd leave. Second time I've stayed there and I don't plan on returning.

Horrible experience!! I would never recommend this hotel.
We had our wedding reception here 12.19.15 and everything was fantastic! Melissa was so wonderful to work with and her and the staff set up the room exactly how I had envisioned it to look! It was absolutely beautiful! The food was excellent as well (we had the Northern Lights Buffet). My guests said it was the best food they had ever had at a reception and I agree. We loved our stay! Great service and nice clean rooms! The only reason I don't give it a 5 star rating is because I didn't feel there was much for our two year old to do in the water park as the water was too deep for her. Other then that extremely happy with our stay!
