3 times we've been here, and all 3 times we've had to get out of the pool because someone pooped in it. We were not hotel guests, and refunds were not issued any of these times. Who wants a swim in a pool where turds were just fished out of it?

I am sorry for your experiences. We do have multiple breaks built into the day when the waterpark is shut down for 10 min so that all have the opportunity to go for a bathroom break while we do a safety check. We do our best to ensure that all little kids have diapers on so this won't happen but at times it does. We do however follow the State of Minnesota Department of Health guidelines for incidents such as this and we also have UV lights that all of our water passes through every time it cycles. I had a great time, the hotel room was clean and great layout with reasonable room prices! The bed wasnt to my desire, but its hard to find a matress to please everyone! The water park was clean and not super crowded on a weekend, but bathrooms are FREEZING! The attached restaurant was a spendy, but the food was delicious!
Great stay! Great deal but wouldn't pay full price!
Really disappointed. Came again after a bad stay last time because they offered a discount so decided to give it a chance. Front desk messed up and charged our card instead of us paying cash - they were supposed to put a note in our information and apparently did not. Candy wrappers and old food stuffed in the pull out beds where my kids were sleeping!! Then to top it off, we get home and there are 3 different charges on my card!! Sadly won't be returning. I love the food at the restaurant! My wife and I have our anniversary dinner there every year. It was our 5th year anniversary the other day and was our 5th time celebrating at Arrowwood. They always set a table up for us next to the fire. I love it and hope the next 5 years this will continue.

By far the worst hotel experience Ive had with my family! Paid A LOT of money for our room, that had a broken air conditioning unit that NEVER shut off.. We froze!! Even had maintenance come check it, and he said it was off!!! Well it wasn't. Front desk women... Very rude! The WATERPARK.... Needs new lifeguards! The ones there wanted NO part in working, and doing their jobs. Instead they stood up against a wall (all together) and joked around.. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in yet! Rude front desk { Linda,you know who you are}.Beds are saggy,bathrooms moldy,some sort of smell ,very unclean! This hotel has seen better days,maybe in the 80`s! Won`t stay here if you Paid me,by the way prices Very high for what you end up with. Oh did I mention the body slide.....Dirt on both sides All the way down!!!! how does that happen?!!!! Yicks

Carrie - I apologize that your stay was not what we normally provide for our guests. We clean our hotel rooms daily but with the amount of rain that we have had here in the past few weeks your room smelled musty to you. I will be certain to make sure that our Executive Housekeeper checks the room that you stayed in and have it deep cleaned. Our hotel was built in 2005 and has had 2 renovations since then including all new mattresses this year. We ate at the restaurant for an early lunch and being the only patrons we did not receive our food at the same time and the waitress we extremely offputting.
RecommendedJust want to give a hats off to all the great workers they have. We just had our daughters wedding there and they did an awesome job it was so beautiful. Thanks again
