If I could post less than one star I would. I received horrible customer service throughout my entire experience with the Arrowwood Lodge at Brainerd Lakes, MN. I called the lodge to book a room for a wedding I was attending. The wedding couple had set up a block for guests to receive a reduced rate. This rate was not honored when I received my bill.
