I can't tell you how horrific this place is. The owner should be jailed for being such a blatant slumlord, but I guess the city of San Bernardino is content to let such huge and obvious violations go on under those nose. I know this place has been reported numerous times but nothing is ever done. It is full of cockroaches-worst infestation I've ever seen...they're EVERYWHERE and their 'exterminator' doesn't make a bit of difference. these apartments need to be torn down NOW!!!!!!!!! there are roaches and mold and all kinds of crap thats wrong with these apartments I have a nine month old baby that lives with me and they never want to take time out to fix the apartments to the standard that they are suppose to be someone needs to send a code enforcment down there RIGHT AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
