Amanda Teller is a really good server she’s quick on her feet and very friendly person she needs a raise
The host and server Amanda was tired?? She doesn't welcome you, nor smile. Takes your order, with no expression. She was the only server, maybe that is why? Once you get served, there are no follow-ups. (I.e. "Would you like a refill" or "How is your food?") I know the sports bar is loud. I tried asking her 2x for a refill. I had to shout for a 3rd time to get her attention. Prior to this visit, which was like 2 years ago. The customer service has gone down. It will probably be another 2 years before I come back.

Our server, Bettina, was horrible. Worst service ever in all my visits here. Got there almost at 9pm. We ordered right away and by 9:40, I asked how much longer our food would be. She walked off and came back and was very nonchalant. She came back 5 mins later and told me it would be 10 more mins. She didn't check on us, offer to refill our drinks and kept walking away as I was talking to her. People were getting served before us when they had came in after us. By this time, I was livid.
