Poor poor service, we stopped here on our way back from NM to PHX and should have kept going. My wife and I were super hungry and waited til we got here. We ordered our food and I ordered a beer that never came. I waited for 20 mins for a beer. A server finally came and checked on us. By that time was 25 mins of waiting. When I finally got my beer it was flat. A manager finally showed up and asked if we were okay. We asked how long our food was going to take. Amanda Teller is a really good server she’s quick on her feet and very friendly person she needs a raise
The host and server Amanda was tired?? She doesn't welcome you, nor smile. Takes your order, with no expression. She was the only server, maybe that is why? Once you get served, there are no follow-ups. (I.e. "Would you like a refill" or "How is your food?") I know the sports bar is loud. I tried asking her 2x for a refill. I had to shout for a 3rd time to get her attention. Prior to this visit, which was like 2 years ago. The customer service has gone down. It will probably be another 2 years before I come back.
