They do not stand behine there contract.When you report a problem with neighbors being noise ,they say they talk to them ,but it still goes on .Every other week something stops working, everything is old.
Very nice place to live. The staff is wonderful very nice, and professional. The appliances are old, but they work well. Apartments are spacious, I live in the one bedroom, and there is plenty of room for me, my boyfriend, and our 2 dogs. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The reviewer who said the staff does not take care of their people must not actually live there because I lived there for a year and a half and the staff is the best around!
Im a current resident and I find the staff to be very friendly. Also the neighbors that I have are also friendly. I enjoy living there because it is quite and well kept. I have lived in the North Little Rock and Sherwood areas since 2000 and I find this to be a great apartment community. The previous reviewer mention that everything is old that is true.
