This place is the absolute worst. My toilet has been backing every 2 weeks and it takes maintenance almost a week to come and look at the maintenance issue. I call into the office and I’m told you’ll have to use your other restroom. My lease states that I have a 2BD/2BA apartment and I’m paying monthly for 2 BD/2BA apartment and I should have access to all of this. This complex lies about completing maintenance request. I love the stuff in the office they are very friendly and polite!! But the maintenance need to do better
I live here and have lived here for the past 5 years. I’ve seen a few office staff come and go after only a few short months. The current staff are the best though. Ms. Roberta is the most active property manager I’ve ever came across. She is so knowledgeable about all things here. She is so professional and very helpful with anything I need.
