First thing on the list, when the complex was purchased from Westdale, no one knew how much their rent was, no communication was sent out letting us know how much was needing to be paid but somehow, we all received late notices as well as late fees. And nasty threats of eviction. I overpaid my rent for May, June and July. No one can tell me where the remainder of my money went because each month, I owed extra even though there should have been a credit amount on the account. Slow maintenance response
Arrowcreek/Rise Sunridge has been good to me for nearly 5 years. I’ve enjoyed my stay here and want to continue see the neighborhood grow and become more beautiful. Pretty quiet around here and nice to have a shopping center across the street
I’ve been here for just over a month and so far it has been amazing!!! And Stacey in the leasing office is the absolute BEST.!!!!!! She really does go above and beyond and I appreciate that she is always willing to answer any questions I may have
