The amount of noise coming from this place is awful! The entire surrounding neighborhoods are affected by the screaming and barking at all hours of the day and night. Please do a better job enforcing quiet hours so everyone can live semi-peacefully in an already stressful area.
I worked a personal apartment cleanup for one of their long term tenants that was moving out, just making sure that their was minimal complaints toward the tenant during move out; Im unsure about how management treats their tenants. The apartments are nice but the apartment unit I was working out of had many units that were flooded from burst pipes. I'm unsure if a public reminder was put out before that last bad cold spell Spokane experienced.
