Joan at the desk was helpful with my machine that was broken. Came in and Brandon helped check out my machine and got me a loaner until I got the updated paperwork then I will get a new replacement unit. Very helpful and good service.
Joan was great, she my parents get setup and answered their questions about the oxygen equipment.
Starting oxygen therapy leads to many questions. How the equipment works, how to keep it clean and when to get replacement items. The staff at Arrow Health were great to work with! Friendly and professional, along with excellent customer service! Many thanks for making this process easy for me!
Disappointed in their delivery plans. Called monday..they were to deliver Thursday...they called and said delivery delayed til Friday ....Called Friday and said they had no tanks...so delivery won't be til Monday. Fortunately I'll get by til then. Order and delivery schedules need some work!!
