I lived in 811 at Arrowhead the Building reeked of Dog & Dog urine as soon as you would open the door to enter the building. The tub in our apartment had leaked for a good two months down onto the floor and out into the hall way. I had asked Renee several times to fix it and the ex boyfriend had asked her also and she said she put a work order out we never did see a repair man come to fix it. The windows are so old in the building they didn`t seal properly and allowed lot`s of cold air to come through! The neighbors above us... read more

yeah this place sucks, management is horrible. this place is money hungry. they dictate your life style , dont ever rent a apartment here you will regret it.

This is the worst place to live in Sidney, full of bedbugs, nothing gets repaired, and terrible management. Think twice about renting here.
Disagree, these two post are from tenants that did not pay rent and were asked to leave the property. Arrowhead just last year spent 125K in capital improvements. New pool, roof, refinished parking lot, and 15 new central HVAC systems. We have full time onsite management, full time maintenance, and contracted grounds and common area cleaning every week. Come see the property for yourself and disregard the post above from individuals that want something for nothing and did not get it.
Agree and more. Tired of unemployed keeping employed awake all night. Grounds look terrible. Stench terrible of those too lazy to take out trash.
