I had a project manager come out to my house and had to consistently follow up to get a quote. I had to call the office after two weeks they said they needed “core samples.” I was agreeable to this. I tried to schedule this and they said they couldn’t do it because of timing? I am still confused I felt completely misled. The whole team at Arrowhead are amazing. The whole process was more then easy to get our roof replaced under an insurance claim. They went above and beyond through the entire process. The work preformed was quick and very professional. They took extra care of our home.
