Terrible, place to live, my friend hated living there. Dirty, filthy just nasty place to live. Great area just the complex is a mess. No water is always out. Just kids everywhere. Just a mess. It’s a mess. Nasty mess.
There's dog crap literally everywhere. Residents don't scoop it and the office claims they will have it cleaned but it never happens. The mail area has broken mailboxes and trash sitting in a corner. Kids push other kids around in carts through breezeways and lay on skateboards and ride down the entry to the complex, it's a hazard but nothing is done. There's also a problem with riding dirt bikes/mini bikes loudly at all hours through the complex.
I've lived here for about a year and a half now and I'm getting extremely fed up with the water. First off they shut the water off about 3 times a week with zero heads up, even when they send a email it's day of and usually after the water is already shut off. On top of that half the time my bathroom water is white, my water should not be white. Sincerely get it together.
