I am new to this community and if I could give this one star I would. Before I moved in an asked Mathew if there was an infestation of any kind in the unit I was about to rent and he said no when he knew there was one. I have put in tons of repair requests and see the dudes walking around all day with buckets picking up trash but never actually doing anything else while I have no running cold water in one of my bathrooms so only steaming hot water comes out that can burn my kids the toilet runs non stop after one flush, the ... read more

just horrible. I wouldn’t make my worst enemy live here. management is seriously lacking and needs to step up. the new manager does not know what she’s doing. ALSO for reference these roaches in the picture below were all ALIVE. I HAD TO PURCHASE POSION TO KILL THEM…. FILTHY 🤢🤢🤢🤮 OUR APARTMENT IS CLEAN SO ITS NOT US… had to re post my review as staff deleted it.
I was encouraged to write this review by a fellow neighbor. All of the issues everyone else is having we are also are. Management severely lacks especially as someone who has years in management experience. No issues are ever resolved. The negative out-ways the positives by a landslide here, also in terms of reviews. If you are reading this absolutely not worth your time. Like other people mention the positive reviews are 100% fabricated.
