Great care at this hospital. Very skilled and dedicated professionals work in the surgery department. Surgeons are caring and they do good work.
I cannot say enough about Arrowheads Burn unit. The doctors and nurses gave my mom the absolute best care. I had never experienced the relationships we all had. When we cried they had tears in there eyes. They even put my sister and I in a nice hotel so we could be close to the hospital. I know my dear mom would have agreed. The staff was medically competent. Beyond that they were rude and disrespectful. They constantly berated me thinking I was unconscious but I was unable to respond. Many of them felt that my panic attack/potential heart attack was a waste of time. Well ARMC, i know you dont care but thank you for your Rude ER nurses and doctors for showing enough knowlege to tell me im fine and boot me out the door still panicking and unable to see.
I've been going to this hospital for years. I was recently there for opthamolgy. They are awesome. Very prompt, kind and professional. My primary doctor is Dr. Lanum. He is the best doctor I've ever had and I'm old. Lol Always listens, answers questions and gets things done.
