Made an appointment for a nexplanon replacement. Came in and found out other nexplanons were on hold for other patients, but I didn't have one available. Now I have to wait up to another 3 weeks for it to come in at ANOTHER appointment while 1) my mental health suffers 2) I lose another day of work and 3) may have to pay for additional services for a whole other appointment. NEVER had this sort of issue with Kaiser.
