They take such good care of my pets here. My guinea pig just recently had surgery here and I was very happy with the treatment and care. I also take my dogs here and I am pretty particular about who I trust with my animals. I would highly recommend them.
I have taken my cats there three times in the past month. Once for shots. Once for a fur check...which they did complimentary. This last time I called at 5:55pm because I was concerned about my cats behavior. They told me to come right in and sure enough my cat had a fever. They were kind, caring and concerned. They even followed up the next day with a call to see how she was doing. The girls in the office are extremely polite and never have they tried to hurry me off the phone. What a lovely place to have close to home.
Our family has been taking all our fur children here for more than 15 years. Now we are down to just one senior Miniature Schnauzer little girl. Mostly we see Dr. Ardelt, however Dr. Tarr and also Dr. Marty have been so helpful, too, with our pets. They saved my 4 year old pit bull from a very serious rattle snake bite, they have had our business ever since. They give a level of care that you don’t see at most vets. They called me almost every day for 2 or 3 weeks after just to make sure that he was doing well. They do good work and they offer a payment plan interest free which is amazing.
By far one of the best places to take your animals! Very friendly staff!
Our 1 year old Great Dane, Cali, had to have emergency surgery to remove a sponge she ate from her intestine, last Friday. When we took her in, she would barely stand on her own and was in shock. Dr. Glanzberg did her surgery Friday afternoon and she is doing great now 4 days later. Dr. Glanzberg has called me personally to check on her everyday since the surgery. I can't say enough how thankful I am for this vet! Arrowhead Ranch Animal Hospital saved Cali's life.
