I am a 68 yr old woman and I lived at Arrow head ranch for 14 yrs.I owned my own home that I purchased from Arrowhead and paid in full ! That left me with lot rent ,I have never missed a months lot rent , never been late ,always kept my yard and my home looking beautiful and I never had any problems with neighbors needless to say I was a big asset until Lasso came in and started raising the rent ,They have raised it every year since they took it over, last time they raised it,. it went up 150.00$ in Nov.of 2025, Then they fo... read more
Nice people!
Extremely unprofessional, after vacating our rental we contacted the landlord multiple times in regards to getting our security deposit back. Landlord has not responded to any emails or calls nor given any reason for withholding our deposit. Do not waste your time renting here.
