Should have read other reviews. Had 9:30am appointment on Tuesday, I waited for someone to open the business until 10:00am and then left. I called them and they were very apologetic for supposedly scheduling on a morning they are not open so I accepted the reason as a mistake and rescheduled two days later on a Thursday at 9:30 am. Same thing happened, no one even there to open the business. I would give them a zero if possible. I've called multiple times and left multiple messages. All of this because I'm being sent bills from years ago that I I believe I've already paid. Since I can't get a call back I went in to see them only to find the door locked and the closed sign up 10 minutes before 4. Even if they closed at 4 I was still there in plenty of time. The door says they do not close until 5. Why even have a phone line?
My sleep study was a good experience. I have had 2 prior studies at other places. My Resp. Tech. Was VERY knowledgeable and able to explain questions I had about central apnea and various machines. Only drawback is getting someone on the phone. Tuesday's are good days as the Dr. Has clinic hours there that day. Nice place to have study done at though.
