They were extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. I had an issue with my spa being drained, and they were kind enough to help me get it fixed so quickly. They gave great advice, were very responsive, and truly went above and beyond. I’m very thankful for their help and would definitely recommend them.
I cannot express how GRATEFUL I am for the SUPERIOR service I received from Craig. I am a novice when it comes to pools and Craig was patient with me. He was kind, professional and helpful. Even though my problem was with my auto fill he took the time to look at my pool drain when I told him I thought my pool was leaking. He reassured me it was not the pool after he helped me locate the shut off valve to my sprinklers and noticed my sprinkler valves was slightly leaking.
