I needed someone to come out and service my older furnace/thermostat. Decided to have a new furnace installed, they came in--no real scheduling. The furnace exhaust pipe had to be redone a few days later since they accidentally put it in front of my filter. The new exhaust pipe was not graded enough to drain and then started to gurgle. I couldn't get a hold of Pete via text or calls or voicemails and pretty much got ghosted. called them at 8:00 in the morning on monday said he would call. Tuesday called again and said he would probably come out wednesday. Never heard from him. Today is saturday and never heard from him thurs or fri. All i wanted them to do is check heater elements on my water tank because it kept knocking out my breaker..

Where do I even start? Our water heater was leaking and we were having ignition issues with our boiler. I called arrowhead and they sent over a man who clearly had no idea what he was doing. He spent the whole time on speaker phone with his boss guiding him through every little step. I could tell they were getting frustrated with each other. I should have known there would be issues when he handed me a ripped piece of cardboard with $217 written on it. He told me we needed a new water heater and told me to call pete.
