Where do I even start? Our water heater was leaking and we were having ignition issues with our boiler. I called arrowhead and they sent over a man who clearly had no idea what he was doing. He spent the whole time on speaker phone with his boss guiding him through every little step. I could tell they were getting frustrated with each other. I contacted the business for service and a price to clean duct work, haven't been contacted as yet.
***Edited 1/10/21 - I've retracted my previous negative review, due to the fact that I finally got my furnace serviced by Arrowhead, and it is now running fine. The problem was with my former home warranty company (American Home Shield), and not ONE contactor wanted to work with them due to not being paid or not being paid enough or on time.
