The new management is charging us tents to pay for certain things in the home that maintenance is supposed to fixed but the new manager ceily wants her tents to pay for out of pockets even though is a low income apts she has instructed her tents to pay for blinds and cabinets that’s not fair if the work order has been put in but nothing has been done.
