I love love love this place! I cannot wait to go back this September! My first experience with this beautiful place and their wonderful staff was back in March , my friends ( party of 9) stayed at the smokey bear cabin. It was so cute and clean! but due to a pipe malfunction were upgraded to the ponderosa lodge and OMG it was so beautiful! So spacious and very well kept! We stayed there two nights at the Fisherman's cabin. We called ahead knowing we might be checking in late, and the staff was very accomodating and made sure we were able to get into our cabin after hours. The staff also helped us out when we needed to exchange a blanket. Also, since we visited for a wedding, it was very convenient to be walking distance from the reception. The only concern we had was out of their control: the bedrooms weren't huge, meaning they couldnt fit my son's pack n play beside the bed where he is used... read more
So I try my best to make my girls Birthdays extra special every year... and trips are always the best to go for us, not having to deal with hassles of Birthday Parties... allows us to really enjoy moments in different settings, with friends and family!!! I can’t start to tell you what a GREAT time we had. The cabins are so nice, very clean & well kept. The grounds were beautiful & so relaxing. Streams are everywhere so you have a constant soothing sound during your stay. The staff was great, from the owner all the way down & they treated us like family. We had a WONDERFUL time!
