Has anyone had any luck getting medical records?
Referrals here are a joke. Almost 3 months for a Speech an OT referral. Now, with an Autism diagnosis, we are switching care through DDD and have been waiting over 3 weeks for this office to send their paperwork through. Ridiculous!
My son has been going there for around 3 years. For the last two weeks I have been trying to get in touch with them with no luck for a referral. I have made five visits to the Glendale one and one visit to Sun City (just to find out they have been shut down for a couple years). Now, all I want is my medical records and to make sure person information is taken care of in the correct manner. If anyone has any updates or information, please let me know. Thanks.
If I could rate them lower, I would!! HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF!! The people that work here are NOT professional, dirty office, and the absolute last place I would ever take my kids to
Before they changed location they were 5 stars but now a 1 star. I love Dr. Secaur but the front office staff and even the person that does the referrals suck! I've been taking my kids to this office now for 2 years. My daughter was born premature and had severe acid reflex. To get a referral from them was a waste of time. I had to keep calling them. Then whenever my kids are sick I can NEVER get them into be seen because they are all booked up. So we will be switching.
After my son's birth, almost a year ago, we were required to pay for his newborn services because he had not been added to insurance yet. So out of pocket I paid over $500. Then, shortly after that he was added to my insurance and they paid for those services. Now almost a year later I have reached out with phone calls, emails, voice messages, and a visit to the office in attempt to contact them about my refund, but my attempts have been in vain. The only reason it gets a 2 is because of Stephanie the PA. Since just before the move to the office on 79th I have been unhappy. The office staff is focused on the computer, the girls don't even look up anymore. The last few visits they have been almost rude and today sealed the deal, I will not be back. 3 women at the front desk all of them spoke to me not one of them ever even looked, eyes down glued to the screen.
