Don't move here!!!! This is the most ghetto apartments in Steilacoom, WA! Major gang related activity here!!! The Manager is getting paid to move you in, by using false advertisement!!! I saw an add on craigs list and it said huge two bedroom in nice living community, ready for move in today, firrst month rent free..... I went to see it and it was not ready for move in, the exact opposite! The apt we saw was so filthly, no washer, dryer, no dishwasher, no pantry, not even washer hook ups. A nice hustle!!!
