Have been trying to talk to someone from Orthopaedics department for over 2 weeks and more than 25 minutes and no one answers?! My daughter is suffering because no one answers the phone.
I love the doctors but it's not an easy place to get hold of anymore. I was supposed to be scheduled for surgery friday. They call me the day before but they never called me I sent messages never got messages back I was on hold twice for 45 minutes before I hung up. So the communication is like a one-star. A day later and no one has returned my call
I would like to share a great review about Ms. Bree, the office manager. She provides excellent customer service and is always very professional, helpful, and friendly.
