I love the doctors but it's not an easy place to get hold of anymore. I was supposed to be scheduled for surgery friday. They call me the day before but they never called me I sent messages never got messages back I was on hold twice for 45 minutes before I hung up. So the communication is like a one-star. A day later and no one has returned my call
I would like to share a great review about Ms. Bree, the office manager. She provides excellent customer service and is always very professional, helpful, and friendly. Zero stars! Can’t even make an appointment! Are you kidding me! 15mins on hold with no answer!!!!!
They don't answer the phone, the queue said I was number 1 in line. Waited 15 minutes and they picked up and hang up. Terrible service!
