Tried to set up an appointment and without telling me to hold or anything, they would just transfer me to another person. I ended up getting transferred to workers comp. Looks like people answering the phone don’t want to do their jobs. Ridiculous.
Incredibly rude and disrespectful staff. I came here with my dad to help him with his QME evaluation as he has difficulties speaking and retaining memory. The receptionist told me I could not accompany him due to privacy policies to which is underherd of. I have gone on many QME evaluations with family members and friends to help them make sure facts and information were accurate/help with translation, this behavior from this facility is beyond appaling. Trying to schedule an appt for my torn meniscus & wow the receptionists here are surprisingly rude. Will be finding another ortho doctor.
Long waits and rooms that are hot
Dr. LeBrun is an outstanding doctor. He thoroughly answered all of my questions, was very patient with me (Athritis, joint swelling/pain is new to me). He drained the fluid out of my knee in his office, and I did not feel any pain at all. This doctor is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me with physical therapy options and equipment. Highly recommend this practice!
