My mother is a patient and I went with her today, thinking I needed to translate. She understands some English but it’s hard for her to respond back in English. But when I got there, the entire staff, the front office receptionist and the 4 therapy assistants just amazed me. I’m filled with gratitude towards these young men. Everyone here is so polite and helpful
Waited a bit to get checked in, but after that it all went smoothly. You do have to wait a long time for ( W.C) appointments. I was in a cast for 7 weeks instead of 5 that Dr. ordered. Everyone is professional, maintaining social distance, and taking your temperature before going in (patients only) at this time.
good staff.. i feel they are very knowledgeable.. and they are here to help
