Water is great but customer service is atrocious just absurd
Tested the water and it was 172 ppm of chlorine, bleach, bacterial fungus, and pesticides. Home water filters filter it all the way down to zero and you change your filter when I gets to 6 ppm. Absolute garbage scam water. We have good tapwater in my city and it’s at 70 ppm. I can’t even believe that they can sell this.
The AUDACITY! The San Fernando Valley is 120 degrees today. We have window air-conditioning for a house built in 1950. My son is 11 and intellectually disabled. My husband is dying of Terminal HPV Tonsil Cancer and has just under a year to live and Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water, for a SECOND time, in 2 months, has put our delivery off by 2 DAYS!
