Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one of their customers that works in the Englewood Parkway area. Blocking an entrance to where I was trying to go I beeped my horn and said come on please move. He then decided to flip an U turn and follow me into the harbor freight. Continuing to yell at me, harass me and not leave me alone until cops showed up. Using the excuse of often going into Harbor freight That it was OK to follow me in there. I would hate to see the way. Over many years, I watched this company is clean up my development. They always do a wonderful job. Today, was a little bit different… they did their normal routine of cleaning up the development, but with a slight twist of a random act of kindness. I had three small piles of leaves in my front yard, that I hadn’t gotten to bagging up but Environment Designs, took care of it. - I tried to thank them, but they were unavailable. They hit my car, and told me they would handle it, they have ghosted me for two months now promising I would hear from their legal team. The man I was dealing with was Bobby Busby, I sent him a message this evening and it was unable to go through. It appears he has blocked me. I will be reaching out through insurance and the police department but this is completely unacceptable of a business.
