I do not know where to even begin with this company. I put in my notice to terminate my lease in April indicating I was leaving end of May, signing roommate agreement/amendment forms in early June as the other tenant was remaining on the lease and adding a new roommate. Fairly standard practice for a lease that has original tenants from 2014. Corinthian House in Campbell, was all completely remodeled, from top to bottom. With that came 3 new people and One before. So, this one place, where I live, in which those 4 people, should all get a a tops, for all of the good things they do, and care, a lot, too: Esther. The Manager Shelby. The Leasing Person Veronica. The All Around Cleaning Person And, the top notch Maintenance Person, AM is what we call AM Salud They do make, the difference
I have called numerous times in regards to the office of our apartment complex. Have been without a working oven since April 1st. I've left several calls in which the only help I have gotten is talking to the answering sevice. I've sent two emails one the 1st and again on the 7th. If we held off paying or rent, they would have gotten their panties in a wad. I didn't choose to rent from these people they bought it from the previous owners.
I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusted with the poor treatment of the elderly at my parents senior living. I have left messages, sent multiple emails to these people with not one response. To the point where I’m calling over and over for an hour hoping the person will pick up. No one replies, nothing gets resolved. As for on site managers, they don’t care even when you try get answers in person. Don’t ever consider hiring them to manage your property.
Hello Arrowhead housing, can you please help me. I have lived here for 3 years. Last year I started having issues with the AC unit. I would run it just as advised, however the temperature would rise past the 74 I set it at and will rise to 80 degrees. This happens pretty much every day. I have placed over 5 work orders with the same description explaining the issue and I keep getting the same response. This apt faces the sun and it gets hot out in Sacramento.
