Took my 2019 Ridgeline in for a new fuel gauge meter. The service advisor told me 2 things that were not true. Number one, that the timing belt needed to be replaced at 60k miles. Number two, that the mechanic did not slop gasoline all over the back seat carpet while replacing the meter. Sixteen days later (and one carpet cleaning later...), I can still smell gasoline in the vehicle.
Very rude customer service. I recommend bell honda. Much more professional at bell honda. Arrowhead honda is rude and will over price you.
I had a minor situation. I went to an auto parts store. I talked with the gentleman at the counter. Poor customer service said there was not much they could do for me. I purchased the items that I needed. They were easy to assemble, switched it out went back in asked another question could not assist. I then drove to Honda pulled up, and explained to them my situation thank you Honda Service Department for your time. For excellent customer service and the respect you showed me.
Beware of greedy service centers. The 3% credit card fee was not disclosed until it came time to pay. Apparently, they've been charging this fee since June 2025. I won't be back out of principle. And the free carwash left my windshield covered in spots, and they didn't wipe off the white marker they had scribbled on the windshield at check in.
My service advisor, Steve and his very skilled mechanic are why I keep coming back for dealership service on my 99 Acura RL. He is always professional, responsive, trustworthy , and thorough. His mechanic is very skilled, honest, and trustworthy. They have kept this old lady on the road and going strong for the last 4 years and I can’t thank them enough.
