One of the worst dealers, If you go with something that broke, every time it's the customers fault:))) Car had under 300 miles and i broke it? :))) what a joke! "But this time we fixed it under warranty" ha!
Excellent service. I had another auto place tell me I needed a new transmission. I went to Arrowhead for a second opinion and I did not need a new transmission. The cost of repair at Arrowhead needless to say was a whole lot less money than what was quoted to me by the business wanting to replace the whole transmission. Thanks to Arrowhead my car is up and running and I have a whole lot more money in my pocket still.
CORRUPT. 👎Never service your car here nor purchase a vehicle, you’ve been warned! Go elsewhere. This place is an evil nightmare… 👎they charged me a couple thousand to fix my ac, never was fixed, still blowing hot air, cannot drive in this extreme heat without ac, they didn’t care to try to fix it and still tried to upsell me more lying my car had more expensive issues, refused a refund, and on top of it found out Honda had a recall on their ac yet they didn’t tell me and tried to lie it was a different part of the ac to ma... read more
PROS - Great waiting room with great coffee machine, drinks and pastries and great attendant. The people that check you in and take care of you are also pleasant. They give you free rental car if you're having major work done. I started going there because it seemed to be a good place to get a battery and to get the oil changed. THEN...
